What pisses someone off?

Hmmmm…it”s just a little thing, but it”s freaking annoying. You”re driving along, and you see someone waiting to pull out. So, yeah, they”ve been waiting….and then they pull out in front of you like they will never have the chance to get on that road again, ever. And nobody is behind you. You know they saw that nobody was behind you….nobody as far as the eye can see. But they had to pull out right then and there in front of you, make you hit your brakes, etc. I don”t like stupidity.
